Guard and Cover Removal

1. Remove the Flywheel Shroud (or Blower Housing).   It is attached by one 3/8" bolt on the top near the cylinder head and one 3/8" bolt at the base of the engine.

   

   

2. Remove Cylinder Shroud (or Cooling Fin Cover).  It is attached by one slot screw located above the crankshaft.
3. Remove the small Side Shroud next to the flywheel. It is attached with one 3/8" bolt that can be removed using the 3/8" socket and ratchet.
